From one to one hundred, Sterling's Kayaks and Fiberglass can fill your manufacturing
needs. With over 15 years of kayak manufacturing experience, we have the facilities and
trained staff to meet your requirements. We specialize in vacuum-bagging, resin infusion,
and hand lay ups, using all types of fiberglass, Kevlar, and carbon fiber.

Ice Kap
New joint project between Sterling's Kayaks & Fiberglass and Nimbus Kayaks.
This lightweight, high-performance boat is bringing British style to the American market.
Illusion
This high-volume performance kayak offers all the same features as the Ice Kap, but with the volume to handle larger camping loads and body weights of 180 lbs plus, all without sacrificing performance.
Sea Ranger
Beautiful, lightweight rowing shell manufactured by Sterling's Kayks and Fiberglass, distributed by Ron Mueller at Wayland Marine.
Q-Star Recreational Kayaks
Sterlings Kayaks and Fiberglass is the sole manufacturer of the Q-Star rec kayak, designed by
Ann Dwyer. The molds were updated and refined, Nimbus Creature Comfort seats have been added,
and the boats are now built with foam core in the
hulls for added strength and durability. Even with these changes, the boats only weigh 25 pounds,
one less than before!
